MY SMALL CHANGE PRIZE DRAW TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. The My Small Change prize draw (Prize Draw) is run by Firstcar Limited (the Promoter) on behalf of the Safer Essex Roads Partnership (SERP) of Seax House, County Hall, Market Road, Chelmsford, Essex CM1 1QH.
   
2. Employees and the immediate family of both the Promoter and SERP are not permitted to enter the Prize Draw.
   
3. The Prize Draw will run from 1 January 2020 to 31 December 2022 inclusive (Prize Draw Period). Any entries received after this time will not be counted.
   
4. In order to be entered into the Prize Draw, entrants must enter through www.mysmallchange.co.ukonline entry mechanism.
   
5. Entrants must be 16 or over on the date of entry.
   
6. Entrants must be 25 or younger on the date of entry.
   
7. Entrants can only enter the Prize Draw once during the Prize Draw Period and multiple entries will not be counted.
   
8. Entries will not be acknowledged or returned.
   
9. The Promoter and the SERP will not be liable for any failure of receipt of entries.
   
10. In order to win, the entrant must live, work or study within the catchments of Essex County Council, Thurrock Borough Council or Southend Borough Council and proof may be required.
    
11. There will be new prizes added to the draw over the duration of the Prize Draw Period and will range in value from £20 to £500.
    
12. The prizes are non-transferable and no alternatives will be offered.
    
13. Winners will be randomly selected on an ad hoc basis throughout the Prize Draw Period by the Promoter and SERP.
    
14. Winners will be notified by e-mail and prizes will be delivered electronically in the case of an electronic prize, or posted in the case of a physical prize.
    
15. By entering the Prize Draw, entrants agree to these terms and conditions and being contacted by the Promoters and SERP for the purposes of providing further opportunities to improve the odds on winning. Any breach of these terms and conditions by an entrant will void their entry.
16. Winners will be notified by e-mail or phone and the winner has 10 days to claim the prize. If the winner does not respond or claim the prize within this timeframe, a new winner will be selected in accordance with clause 13.
17. By entering, the winners agree to their names and general locations being used for publicity purposes.
    
18. Misrepresentative or fraudulent entries will invalidate an entry.
    
19. SERP reserves the right to cancel or amend the Prize Draw at any time during the Prize Draw Period without prior notice. Any changes will be posted online at www.mysmallchange.co.uk.the event of any dispute regarding the Prize Draw, the final decision of SERP shall be binding and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.
    
20. SERP will not accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, or disappointment suffered by any entrant as a result of entering the Prize Draw or accepting any prize. SERP will not accept any responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation, communications line failure, theft, destruction, alteration of, or unauthorised access to, entries or entries lost or delayed whether or not arising during operation as a result of server functions, virus, bugs or any other causes outside its control, including any injury or damage to the entrant’s or any other person’s computer relating to or resulting from participation in, or the downloading of any materials in connection with, the Prize Draw.
